For the Cocktail:
- 1 ½ cups grapefruit juice
- ½ cup honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup tequila
- 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
- Around 1 cup ginger beer or soda
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Muddle Strawberries and Honey: In a shaker, muddle the sliced strawberries with the honey until the strawberries release their natural juices and the mixture is well combined.
- Add Tequila and Grapefruit Juice: Pour the tequila and grapefruit juice into the shaker with the muddled strawberries and honey, then shake vigorously to blend all the flavors.
- Prepare Glasses: Fill 4 glasses evenly with ice cubes to chill the cocktail.
- Pour and Top: Strain and pour the Paloma mixture into each glass, filling them about three-quarters full. Top off each glass with ginger beer or soda to add fizz and a refreshing finish.
