Filling:
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Pastry:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble: Roll out puff pastry, spread the filling over half, fold the other half over, seal, and cut into strips.
- Twist and Bake: Twist each strip, place on baking sheet, brush with egg, and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use thawed and well-drained frozen spinach instead of fresh.
