- ½ tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- Juice of one medium lime

- Sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare the Pan: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pour the olive oil evenly across a baking sheet and set aside to lightly coat the surface.
- Slice Steak and Vegetables: Thinly slice the sirloin steak into strips. Also, thinly slice the red, green, and orange bell peppers along with the large red onion. Arrange all sliced ingredients evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season and Toss: Sprinkle the taco seasoning, smoked paprika, low sodium soy sauce, and fresh lime juice over the steak and vegetables. Toss everything together on the baking sheet until all pieces are well coated with the seasoning and sauces. Spread the mixture evenly across the sheet.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-13 minutes. Bake until the steak is cooked to your preferred doneness and the vegetables are tender with slight browning edges.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and immediately serve with warmed tortillas. Add your favorite toppings such as sour cream, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and salsa. Garnish generously with fresh cilantro and enjoy your meal!
Notes
- For extra tenderness, marinate the steak strips in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
- You can use chicken or shrimp as an alternative protein if desired.
- Adjust the taco seasoning quantity to control the spiciness level.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for best texture.
- To keep the veggies crispier, avoid overbaking; check vegetables at the 10-minute mark.
