Description

A refreshing and healthy Raspberry & Mango Yogurt Parfait layered with fresh berries, tropical mango, creamy Greek yogurt, and crunchy granola. This easy, no-cook breakfast or snack comes together in minutes and can be customized with honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruits

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup diced fresh mango

Yogurt Mixture

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yogurt mixture: In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using. Stir well to combine and set aside.
  2. Assemble the parfait layers: Take serving glasses or jars and spoon 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of each.
  3. Add the fruit layer: Add a layer of fresh raspberries and diced mango on top of the yogurt.
  4. Add granola layer: Sprinkle a spoonful of granola over the fruit.
  5. Repeat layering: Repeat the layers by adding yogurt, fruit, and granola until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of fruit and a sprinkle of granola on top.
  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately for crunchier granola or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and soften the granola slightly.

Notes

  • You can substitute frozen fruit if fresh is unavailable—just thaw and drain excess liquid first.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt to make this recipe vegan-friendly.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup, or omit entirely for a lower-sugar option.
