Instructions
- Prepare the Glass: Rim a chilled martini glass with lemon juice and then dip it into sugar to coat the rim evenly. Set the glass aside to let the sugar set.
- Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, pour in the vodka, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Add Ice and Shake: Add a generous handful of ice into the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the chilled cocktail into the prepared martini glass, ensuring no ice is transferred.
- Garnish: Finish by garnishing with a lemon twist or a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately for best flavor and presentation.
