Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Make Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice, then drizzle over cooled bars.
