Instructions
- Boil the Carrots: Fill a large pot with 2-3 cups of water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the baby carrots and cook until fork tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Make the Honey Glaze: Drain the water from the pot, then add the honey, salted butter, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and garlic powder to the carrots. Stir and cook together for 2-3 minutes until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved, coating the carrots evenly.
