Scale
Irish Cream Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream (227 grams)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (397 grams, 1 can)
- 1â…” cup Irish whiskey (378 grams)
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules (4 grams)
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (18 grams, such as Hershey’s)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (4 grams)
- ½ teaspoon almond extract (2 grams)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Combine all ingredients in a blender or use an immersion blender for about 30 seconds to mix thoroughly. Avoid over-blending to prevent whipping the cream. If any whipped cream forms on top, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
- Bottle and Refrigerate: Pour the blended mixture into a tightly sealed container and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
- Serve: Shake the bottle well before each use to ensure the ingredients are well mixed. Enjoy as a creamy liqueur in drinks or desserts.
Notes
- Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks for the best freshness.
- Use a good quality Irish whiskey for best flavor results.
- You can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of sweetened condensed milk or chocolate syrup.
- Shake well before each use, as ingredients may naturally separate.
- If desired, substitute almond extract with additional vanilla extract.
