Hawaiian Turkey and Cheese Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 3/4 pound sliced deli turkey breast
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the ingredients: Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the cut side of the bottom half. Layer turkey slices and provolone cheese over the rolls.
  4. Assemble and bake: Top with the remaining rolls, brush with a buttery mixture, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 5–7 minutes until golden.
