Hawaiian Turkey and Cheese Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 3/4 pound sliced deli turkey breast
- 6 slices provolone cheese (halved)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the ingredients: Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the cut side of the bottom half. Layer turkey slices and provolone cheese over the rolls.
- Assemble and bake: Top with the remaining rolls, brush with a buttery mixture, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 5–7 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
