Assembly:

- ½ cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide cooked rice among four bowls. Top with chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and garnish with parsley. Serve.
