- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Caramelize onions: In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions with brown sugar until caramelized, about 15 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Assemble roll-ups: Lay out the tortillas and layer each with roast beef slices, caramelized onions, and shredded Swiss cheese. Roll tightly and place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Prepare dipping sauce: While roll-ups bake, warm beef broth in a small saucepan to use as a dipping sauce.
- Serve: Serve roll-ups hot with the broth on the side.
