Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Be sure to reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining to help loosen the sauce later.

- Sauté Spinach and Garlic: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned. Then add the fresh spinach leaves and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until wilted.
