Graham Cracker Pie Crust:

Lemon Pudding Mixture:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
Vanilla Pudding Mixture:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, divided
- Pastel food coloring (pink, purple, yellow, green, blue)
- Easter sprinkles or decorations (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Pudding Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon and vanilla pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened.
- Combine with Whipped Topping: Gently fold in 1 ½ cups of whipped topping until smooth.
- Tint and Layer: Divide the mixture, tint each portion with food coloring, and layer in the graham cracker crust.
- Swirl and Chill: Use a knife to swirl the colors, then refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours.
- Finish and Serve: Top with remaining whipped topping and Easter decorations before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use sugar-free pudding and light whipped topping.
- You can also make a homemade graham cracker crust.
