Description

Lemon Pudding Mixture:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk

Vanilla Pudding Mixture:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, divided
  • Pastel food coloring (pink, purple, yellow, green, blue)
  • Easter sprinkles or decorations (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pudding Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon and vanilla pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened.
  2. Combine with Whipped Topping: Gently fold in 1 ½ cups of whipped topping until smooth.
  3. Tint and Layer: Divide the mixture, tint each portion with food coloring, and layer in the graham cracker crust.
  4. Swirl and Chill: Use a knife to swirl the colors, then refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours.
  5. Finish and Serve: Top with remaining whipped topping and Easter decorations before serving.
