Rachel Sandwich:
- 8 slices rye bread
- 1 pound sliced deli turkey breast
- 1 cup sauerkraut (drained and squeezed dry)
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
Instructions
- Prepare the Sandwich: Spread Russian dressing on one side of each slice of rye bread. Layer half of the slices with Swiss cheese, turkey breast, and sauerkraut. Top with the remaining bread slices, dressing side down.
