Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, low sodium chicken broth, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Assemble in Crockpot: Arrange the chicken breasts side-by-side in the crockpot. Pour the prepared sauce mixture evenly over the chicken. Place the softened cream cheese cubes on top of the sauce without stirring.
