Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
- Toss Cauliflower with Seasonings: In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat all pieces evenly.
- Add Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned cauliflower and toss again to distribute the cheese evenly across the florets.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. This helps the cauliflower roast evenly and become crispy.
- Roast the Cauliflower: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through to ensure even browning. Roast until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Garnish and Serve: Once roasted, remove the cauliflower from the oven and optionally garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a bright, fresh flavor before serving.

- For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet so the heat can circulate properly around each floret.
