  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté Onion: In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onion until softened. Add garlic.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add chicken, soups, broth, sour cream, 1 1/2 cups cheese, spices. Mix well.
  4. Add Spaghetti: Stir in cooked spaghetti. Transfer to baking dish.
