Description

Pasta:

  • 12 oz rotini or bowtie pasta

Salad:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Prepare the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, balsamic glaze, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, red onion, and chopped basil to the bowl. Gently toss everything together until well coated.
