Pasta:
- 12 oz rotini or bowtie pasta
Salad:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Prepare the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, balsamic glaze, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, red onion, and chopped basil to the bowl. Gently toss everything together until well coated.
- Chill and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
