Crust:
- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar

Cheesecake Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
- ½ cup strawberry puree, strained and slightly thickened

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the Crust: Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream.
- Divide and Swirl: Divide batter into three portions. Mix melted chocolate into one, strawberry puree into another, leaving the third plain. Pour plain batter over crust. Spoon chocolate and strawberry batters alternately over the top, then swirl gently.
- Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes until the center is just set. Let cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings before serving.
