Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 3 cups green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot julienned

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Combine and Serve: Return chicken to the pan, add remaining soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
