Instructions
- Cook the Filling: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook chicken, garlic, and ginger. Add vegetables and sauces, then cool.
- Wrap the Spring Rolls: Place filling on wrappers, fold, and seal with water.
- Fry the Spring Rolls: Deep fry until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
