- 1/4 cup ketchup
Hot Dog and Vegetable Mix:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 beef hot dogs (sliced into 1/2-inch pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat and Sauté: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Sauté onion and green pepper in olive oil until softened. Add hot dogs and cook until browned.
- Mix Cheese Sauce: In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese soup, milk, sour cream, ketchup, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add hot dog mix and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Layer and Bake: Spread mixture in a baking dish. Top with tater tots. Bake for 35–40 minutes. Add remaining cheddar and bake until melted.
