Description

A delicious and refreshing Banana & Nutella Frozen Yogurt Bark that combines creamy Greek yogurt, sweet bananas, and rich Nutella in a delightful frozen treat. Perfect for a healthy dessert or snack, this no-bake recipe is easy to make and customizable with nuts and chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

Base

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings

  • 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • â…“ cup Nutella (slightly warmed)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts) (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a baking sheet or a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.
  2. Mix Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you want added sweetness. Stir well and then spread this mixture evenly onto the prepared pan.
  3. Add Bananas and Nutella: Arrange the thinly sliced bananas evenly over the yogurt layer. Drizzle warmed Nutella in thin ribbons across the top, then use a toothpick to gently swirl the Nutella into the yogurt for a marbled effect.
  4. Optional Toppings: Sprinkle chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips over the surface if desired to add crunch and extra chocolatey goodness.
  5. Freeze to Set: Place the pan in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours or until fully set. Once frozen, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • You can use plain or vanilla Greek yogurt depending on your flavor preference.
  • Honey or maple syrup is optional and can be adjusted or omitted based on sweetness desired.
  • Warming Nutella slightly makes it easier to drizzle smoothly.
  • Use any nuts of your choice or omit for a nut-free version.
  • Store leftover bark in the freezer to keep it fresh and crunchy.
  • Great for a quick frozen dessert or a healthy snack option during warmer days.
