Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Marinade:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Cook Chicken: Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F and chicken is golden brown.
